You may request to cancel for any reason by Wednesday, June 10, to receive a full refund for conference costs. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. To request a cancellation, email the Purdue for Life Foundation Office of Special Events at specialevents@purdueforlife.org. Please call 765-494-0900 with questions.
Hotel reservations need to be canceled separately through the hotel. You may request to cancel reservations at the Omni Severin Hotel by Friday, May 22, at 5 p.m. ET for a full refund. Cancellations for the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station must be made by contacting the hotel within 48 hours of your arrival date.
The room block at the Omni Severin Hotel has sold out. We have an alternative room block at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station, a three-minute walk from the conference. Book your room today! Please make your reservations by May 25. Please note that canceling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation, which would need to be canceled separately through the hotel.
