Purdue Women’s Conference 2023 will take place at the Purdue Memorial Union on the university’s flagship West Lafayette campus.

You may request to cancel for any reason by Friday, May 5, to receive a full refund for hotel reservations and conference costs. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. To request a cancellation, email the Purdue for Life Foundation Office of Special Events at specialevents@purdueforlife.org. Please call 765-494-0900 with questions. Hotel reservations and conference costs are not refundable after Friday, May 5.

If you would like to stay at the Union Club Hotel, conveniently located in the Purdue Memorial Union, you can book your room today. Book by May 9 for a discounted rate of $179. Please note that canceling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation, which would need to be canceled separately through the hotel. For other lodging options, visit the Lafayette–West Lafayette Visitors Center website.

If you’re staying in the Union Club Hotel, you can take advantage of free parking with validation in the Grant Street Parking Garage only. You may self-park or use the valet service, and these fees can be charged to your room. For other parking options, refer to the university’s visitor parking webpage.

Of course not! Everyone is welcome. We believe a truly diverse workforce leads to a healthier, more resilient, and more dynamic community. While most of our attendees are women, people of all kinds are welcome. We hope our programming will be enlightening and inspiring for anyone who might attend.

You will be able to note your dietary needs during the registration process.

Business casual dress is suggested.
