Purdue international alumni ambassadors are expected to do the following:

• Maintain communication with Purdue for Life staff
• Develop an annual activity plan (PDF) for the network, including at least two events
• Complete the pre-event form no less than two weeks before events
• Complete the post-event form no less than two weeks after events
• Complete annual survey for feedback and award nominations
• Maintain a social media presence and include Purdue for Life staff as administrators on alumni-managed social media accounts
• Assist with contact information updates on an ongoing basis
• Assign two or more leaders to share network responsibilities and ensure leaders have staggered terms to ease transitions
• Comply with Purdue for Life branding standards and guidelines
• Only utilize alumni data for network purposes
• Always use your leadership role to support Purdue rather than for personal benefit
• Refer to your group as “Purdue Alumni Network of [Country]” (or city if multiple networks exist in your country)
• Serve at the discretion of the network and Purdue for Life
