Alumni Club Leadership Roster

Submit your roster by July 1.

Clubs Quarterly Financial Report

Alumni clubs are required to submit financial reports so Purdue for Life staff can ensure that spending adheres to prescribed guidelines. Reports are due quarterly on the 15th day of the month: October 15, January 15, April 15, and July 15.

Statement of Integrity and Volunteer Conduct & Expectations

All alumni club leaders are required to sign off on the statement and expectations. Sign by July 31.

Email and Event Requests

Please allow four business days for email requests and seven business days for event requests (11 business days total). If you have any updates to a submitted event or email, please reach out to alumniclubs@purdueforlife.org.

Event Box Request

Submit your request at least two weeks prior to the event.

Volunteer Event Submission

We know that many clubs participate in volunteer activities that do not require submitting an email or event request form. Examples include hosting a club booth at a local farmers market or county fair, assisting the Office of Admissions as a PART volunteer at a college fair, or helping out at a career fair. These activities count toward your club’s Recognition Program status. Please submit this form so your club can receive credit for your efforts.

Speaker Request

Speakers can enhance alumni club events. Purdue for Life staff attempt to accommodate as many speaker requests as possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a speaker for every club event due to scheduling availability and financial realities.

Please submit your request at least 90 days prior to the event. It may take some time for us to provide an update.
