Alumni Clubs Clubs Quarterly Financial Report

Please upload bank statements below from each month of the quarter along with a document listing expenditures/withdrawals from the bank account. For your convenience, we have provided a financial report template (PDF). Please review the Purdue Alumni Club Volunteer and Financial Policies Agreement for FY25 (PDF) for allowable expenses.

Reports are due each quarter by these dates: January 15, April 15, July 15, October 15.

Please fill out the information below and submit bank statements and a list of expenditures. Bank accounts must have two authorized users. Any changes to these users must be submitted to Purdue for Life alumni clubs staff to ensure proper delivery of funds.
