Schedule of Events

Thursday, April 18

8 p.m. | Welcome reception and nightcaps around the fire pit at Bardstown Motor Lodge

Friday, April 19

8:30 a.m. | Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Toogie’s Table

9:30 a.m. | Board shuttle for Maker’s Mark Distillery

  • Choose between the typical tour and tasting or the art tour featuring a Dale Chihuly exhibit.
  • Optional: Visit the gift shop; purchase and dip your own bottle of Maker’s Mark in their signature red wax.

Noon | On your own to grab lunch, visit a museum, and shop in Bardstown. Shuttle will operate on a continual loop back to the hotel until 3 p.m.

3:30 p.m. | Board shuttle for Log Still Distillery

  • Spend the afternoon with Purdue alumnus Wally Dant (AG’85) who owns and operates Log Still.
  • Enjoy a distillery tour and tasting and a cocktail mixology class.
  • Attend dinner in the Legacy Building with a special unveiling.

Saturday, April 20

8:30 a.m. | Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Toogie’s Table

10 a.m. | Board shuttle to Limestone Branch Distillery

  • Receive behind-the-scenes access with owner and Purdue alumnus Stephen Beam (AG’80) who will share the history of Limestone Branch and conduct a tasting.
  • Take a private tour of the distillery.
  • Enjoy lunch on site.

1 p.m. | Distillery dash (optional)

  • Board the shuttle bus and enjoy an afternoon of dashing through the distilleries of Bardstown.
  • Enjoy drinks and tastings available on your own.

5 p.m. | My Old Kentucky Dinner Train

  • Relax while you ride through the beautiful central Kentucky countryside.
  • Enjoy a gourmet four-course meal and a tasting of bourbon hosted by a master distiller.

Sunday, April 21

8:30 a.m. | Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Toogie’s Table

11 a.m. | Checkout and safe travels home
