  2. Start the meeting on time.
  3. Stick to the agenda.
  4. See that all members have the chance to participate.
  5. Don’t let one member dominate the meeting.
  6. Ensure assignments for follow-up action are clearly understood.
  7. Provide minutes to all club officers and board members in a timely fashion following the meeting.
