Tuesday, May 11

Get Involved: Purdue Alumni Club of San Francisco/Bay Area, 3–4:30 p.m. (online): Are you going to graduate school or starting a new job in the San Francisco area? The Purdue Alumni Club of San Francisco/Bay Area is excited to welcome you to life as a Purdue alum and introduce you to its activities. Join a virtual panel discussion, where you’ll join a breakout group to chat with club leaders about alumni programs and other personal and professional activities available in the area. For those who register, a link to this virtual event will be sent to you the morning before it takes place.

Get Involved: Purdue Alumni Club of Tippecanoe County, 5–6 p.m. (online): Are you going to graduate school at Purdue? Maybe you’ve got a job in the area? The Purdue Alumni Club of Tippecanoe County is excited to welcome you to life as a Purdue alum and introduce you to its activities. Wednesday, May 12

Next Steps after College, 4:30–5:30 p.m. (online): You already know that life after college is going to be different, but how? Join a virtual panel of Purdue alumni as they discuss what you need to know as a young professional. These men and women have done it, and they’re ready to pass down their best tips and tricks. For those who register, a link to this virtual event will be sent to you the morning before it takes place.

Thursday, May 13

Rides and Pictures with the Boilermaker Special and Xtra Special, noon–4 p.m.: Meet at the Boilermaker Station Welcome Center, Stewart Center Room 102, to sign up for rides and/or take photos. Rides and photo opportunities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and seating is limited. Please check in with event officials when you arrive.

Friday, May 14

Picture Day with Purdue’s Big Bass Drum, noon–3 p.m.: Get your picture taken with the world’s largest freestanding bass drum, the centerpiece of Purdue’s “All-American” Marching Band. The drum will be stationed between the Purdue Memorial Union and Stewart Center. Purdue for Life Foundation staff will be available to take photos for you with your cell phone. Please check in online before you arrive.

Saturday, May 15

Special Event: “The Sights and Sounds of Purdue,” 7:30–10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.: Walk through an immersive experience of Purdue to hear and see the sights and sounds that make up this great institution. It’s been a unique year, so we hope this experience reminds you of what Purdue is really like. The walk-through experience will be located behind Ford Dining Court near Ross-Ade Stadium. Please check in with event officials when you arrive. 

Commencement Day Photo Opportunities, 7:30–10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.: The Purdue for Life Foundation will have several Purdue-themed props set up around Ross-Ade Stadium for families to utilize for photos before and after the ceremony.

Commencement Open House, noon–6 p.m.: Stop by the Boilermaker Station Welcome Center in Room 102 of Stewart Center to snap a family photo, pick up alumni swag, and learn about ways you and/or your graduate can stay connected to Purdue.
